Windows and balcony face a calm, quiet backyard, so not party-friendly, but great for a good night’s sleep. The apartment has a living room + kitchen area, a balcony, a bedroom, and hallway with a big closet. Isolation is great so in the winter it’s warm and in the summer not too hot....
