I (30, f) and my daughter (1) live in this bright 2-room apartment near Wöhrder Wiese. We have a large eat-in kitchen and our own room. The former living room is now freshly renovated and furnished as a bedroom. Since I work and study, we have a structured daily routine. We value cleanliness, reliability, and humor. Internationals welcome! Location is great: 1min to the bakery, 3min to the bus, 8min to the subway, 10min for shopping at Rathenauplatz.
