Entire apartment

The apartment is newly renovated (June 2020) and beautifully furnished. Only 3 minutes walk to Nurtingen's old town. A new, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher with a built-in dining table is located in the open plan living room. The living room also has a smart bed the pulls out to make a 140x200 bed for guests who may be visiting from out of town. All furnishings are brand new. There is also an outdoor balcony with outdoor furniture. We're ideally looking for a long term rental of 1 year.
