House rules
Our house rules apply, which we will gladly provide upon request. The rent includes electricity, water, and district heating up to the amount of €200 per month; normally, these costs amount to a maximum of €180 in this house as well as in the neighbouring houses. Should the costs exceed €200, the excess amount will be recalculated at the end of the rental period according to the meter reading and will become due.
Pets are allowed with conditions
Small pets subject to prior arrangement, a pet surcharge of €100 per month applies.
Smoking is not allowed
