Booking/Booking request

Prospective tenants can send non-binding booking requests online. These are forwarded to landlords, who check the availability of the furnished apartment and accept or decline the request. The booking request only becomes a binding booking once a landlord confirms the booking - This requires verification and payment of the Service Fee from the tenants and in some cases the first month's rent.
