When does an apartment booking become binding?
Initially, all booking requests are non-binding. After a landlord accepts your request, you must confirm it. This requires your verification, payment of the Wunderflats Service Fee for Tenants, and in some cases the first month's rent. Once these steps are done, the landlord can confirm the booking immediately. From that point on, your booking is binding.
