When does the booking request become a binding booking?

The booking request becomes a binding booking as soon as both parties have confirmed the booking and completed the payment of the Service Fee. Although the booking is binding, you are encouraged to sign an additional rental agreement after booking completion using Wunderflats rental contract templates. The rental agreement for a Wunderflat is concluded between the landlord and the tenant. 

Wunderflats is not a party to the rental agreement.
